New LinkedIn Feature

Everyone meet “Bribe.” We know it’s inevitable, so why not start now? This idea was born out of the frustration of noticing that LinkedIn tracks not only my applications, but the engagement they get on the back end. Around 4% of all resumes I submitted out of nearly 800 applications in the last 6 months were viewed. Less than 1% of those viewed led to interviews. LinkedIn is not a job board. It’s a damnable hell hole.
